The hotel had a stunning location on a white sandy beach protected by a coral reef, making it perfect for relaxing paddling. The rooms were very humid and the request to change from an unlockable interleading room to a normal one came at an additional cost of 500 euros. The service from the staff was exceptional, particularly at the beach club and Zenzi Bar, with great attention to detail and special needs. However, the Italian restaurant service was unexpectedly slow. The dining experience was a mix of poor and rude service during the day, but evenings offered a next-level experience. The facilities were enjoyable and well-kept.

The service is top-notch, with always helpful and friendly staff. The location is beautiful, overlooking the golf course, but the dining experience can be a bit of a hassle at times.

The rooms we didn't use seemed nice enough, albeit a bit dark and dingy. The bathroom, on the other hand, is large and well-appointed with two sinks, a shower, a huge bath, and a separate toilet.

The staff are always happy to assist and supply guests with whatever they require. Especially notable were Rakesh, Rishi, Keshav, Wazia, and Luchmee, who were very professional, helpful, and friendly.
